We are pleased to offer our members training in Functional Fitness.
The focus in Functional Fitness is on building a body capable of doing
real life activities in real life situations. Our members work with
a professional trainer privately and in groups to develop a set of
measurable guideposts that are realistic and achievable. The goal
of Functional Fitness training is to assist our members in maintaining
their physical independence and flexibility. Functional Fitness at
