1) Who is the developer of RVBA?

  • The developer, RainbowVision California, LLC-RainbowVision Properties, Inc. developed and operates the first GLBT Community for the Second Fifty Years located in Santa Fe, New Mexico; and is developing RainbowVision Palm Springs. 3) What is the timeline for RVBA?

  • In California, it generally takes 5 years from project conception to move-in.
  • Right now, we are accepting refundable $1,000-$10,000 community participation deposits.

4) How can I get involved in this project?

  • Make a fully refundable Community Participation Deposit showing good faith and interest.
  • Notify us via email so we can keep you informed.
  • Attend our local meetings.
  • Spread the word! Tell your friends and encourage them to participate.

5) What types of residences are planned?

  • The project is designed based on input from the market survey and RVBA meetings. Join us to help plan the project!

6) What is the estimated price range?

  • Many factors are taken into consideration that determine actual prices, such as land, construction costs, etc. A price range will be forthcoming at a later date based on such factors and fair market value.

7) When will floor plans be available?

  • The architectural design and floor plans will be created once our location is established.

8) Is there an age requirement?

  • Pending zoning requirements, there are no plans for age restrictions.

9) How large will the community be?

  • Currently, the project vision includes 150 residences, depending on the site, zoning requirements and business plan.
